Wombwell branch great service
Greggs is amazing value for money and the one in Wombwell at White Rose Service station is full of friendly staff and has great service every time I’ve been there!
Lovely staff, Great Pizzas. Keep running out of hot chocolate though 🙁
The staff are really nice and I love the pepperoni pizza slices. I love the price of the pizza and drink deal. However the last two times I’ve been to my Greggs they didn’t have any hot chocolate so I was quite disappointed. The girl who served me was lovely though.
Bridgnorth high street is a wonderful…
Bridgnorth high street is a wonderful Greggs, always spotlessly clean with polite staff and food always at temperature and if not the staff tell you.
Never had a bad experience with any of the food the only complaint is the staff have to do coffee a newer way and i think the old was much better and quicker.

Our new local Greggs opening on Eastern Way Carlisle
Our new local Greggs opening a couple of weeks ago on Eastern Way Carlisle and we met the manager Kirsty (we remembered her name as it is the same as our daughter Kirstie, she is nice and friendly , very easy to talk to ,I hope her and her TEAM have a long and prosperous & happy time and are very sucessful in their new premises.

Llanishen industrial Estate
Great experience at Llanishen Industrial Estate. Very helpful in organising a large order for a team development day. Food was great and ready on time when we collected. Very smooth process – thank you!
Greggs Pensarn
Greggs Pensarn, Carmarthen. Always clean and tidy. Staff very chatty and friendly. Food is excellent great selection of veggie and hot drinks. Ordered sandwich platters and meat/veggie sausage rolls for a party on Saturday. They were ready for collection by 9am as requested. Staff work hard and should be acknowledged. Thank you 😊
Outstanding service from Sue in Norwich
This morning I visited Greggs in the centre of Norwich with my young family… The breakfast rolls and hot drinks were excellent but this was exceeded by the quality of customer service. Sue was an outstanding representative of your company. She was really friendly, super efficient whilst not just serving but running the young staff with kindness and thoughtful oversight. Her work really does need recognition…
The Staff in greegs in castle court are…
The Staff in greegs in castle court are amazing so warm and friendly and nothing is to much trouble. The staff treat everyone like they are family that why myself and my friends make a point of meeting up there 3 or 4 times a week for a cuppa and a snack I can not express how amazing and welcoming the staff are.
Zoe metrocentre red mall
Zoe in metrocentre, red mall, gateshead is an absolute breath of fresh air. Always greets every customer with a ‘good morning’ smile on her face and leaves every customer with ‘hope you have a lovely day!’
She is honestly so so lovely, puts a smile on my face every time she is in for my morning coffee before work x.

Today as usual when in the high street I was met with friendly team. Esp Billy the supervisor ready to serve ,so polite and upbeat. Makes for a great experience .
Brilliant staff food and friendly
I was in your restaurant in Primark Newcastle and I would just like to say what a great team you have there
I was very impressed with Steven Michael Owen and all the staff what great people you can talk to them or ask them anything about the shop and all the staff were working very hard and everyone spoke even though they were very busy!! Thanks everyone and myself and my wife will definitely be back the next time we are in Newcastle well done staff and Greggs and please pass on the review to all in the shop.
Market Place, Mansfeld
Market Place,Mansfeld. Assistant Denby is an excellent example of a Face of the company. We have eaten in this shop on a few occasions and every single time that this person has been behind the counter our time in the shop has been a very pleasant experience. We are both in our 70s and our experience in most establishments where personal service is necessary most of the assistants are rude and dismissive. Not so with this young man. Very amicable and friendly.
Kindness means everything
I am writing this review on behalf of an elderly gentleman I support. He recently told me of how kind and caring the staff are in Greggs store on horseshoe corner in Lancaster. He looks forward to going in on his weekly visit to the post office.
This kindness means the world to this gentleman who lives extremely lonely. Myself and Derek want to thank you so much for making his day brighter. You’re actions are commendable.

Anchal is awesome!!…
I wanted to recognise a great team member being Anchal.
I came on Friday 4th Oct and she had just finished her shift around 3pm. But she still went out of her way to make me a fresh tandoori baguette. This is what I call going over and beyond.
Huge thank you and Greggs are very lucky to have an employee like Anchal.
On our afternoon visit to Junction 32…
On our afternoon visit to Junction 32 in Glasshoughton we decided on a coffee break in Greggs there. We were served by Marie who was extremely helpful in serving us with our drinks, informing us of what offers were on and helping us use the Greggs app on my phone.
What a great store!
We visit the DUNDEE, U3 DUNSINANE IE, Broomhill Road, DD23WT twice a week and I want to say our experience is superb!!!! It’s worth more than 5*s. Kim the manager is always on hand and any queries (if any) are dealt with in a jiffy. Her store is always spotless and well stocked. All the staff are happy and very chatty. Can’t say enough about the staff and especially KIM the manager who is always happy to see all the customers. Well done Kim and staff. You are a credit to the company!!!!
