I don’t know who recruits the staff at both the Greggs in Taunton town center but they are doing a cracking job. Really polite Greggs staff in both branches, orders handled quickly by friendly staff. Think Greggs should go contactless only as it’s a bit minging when the member of staff handles coins then makes your breakfast roll with the same hand. Other than that both branches are outstanding.

The Cardiff branch on Queen St

The Cardiff branch on Queen St, they employ a man – who has some learning difficulties. I have never seen such a happy employee. Today he was wishing everyone a Merry Christmas, he was engaging and welcoming to every customer. The result – people who would just stand in the queue and say nothing – were now engaging him in conversation. Much more so than any of the other staff.
Well done, I don’t know who employed him but well done, I left there with a smile on my face and had a lovely chat with him.

Isle of Wights needs a Greggs

I do love Greggs when on the mainland
Great Sausage Rolls and great selection of
other items at excellent prices.
Such a shame they have never opened an
outlet on the Isle of Wight.
The Isle of Wight needs a decent bakery.

Greggs in Hillingdon

I’ve been using Greggs in Hillingdon for a number of years and the staff are amazing. So helpful, friendly and communicative. Really important when you have kids with food allergies and special requirements. They are always more than happy to help.
Can’t recommend enough! Brilliant customer services! Keep it up! 🙂

Greggs inside Tesco extra in Durham

Greggs inside Tesco extra in Durham. We were served by a young gentleman today who was fantastic in his customer service. He was very polite and made us all feel welcome nothing was too much bother for him.

Sam the man!

Popped into the Basildon branch by the bus station to get sausage rolls and a pasta pot. Was served by Sam who was very polite and explained to me that I’d earned a free pastry and was best to order something else otherwise the sausage roll deal wouldn’t apply. Good lad Sam great customer skills. Greggs Staff or Greggs service is outstanding.

Happy customer

I turned to Greggs head office because I was going to be late to work one morning because I didn’t know I had to give extra time allowance to a new employee. At the same time as letting them know the Omelette didn’t have to be over cooked. After having reached out to Greggs about these things, they’ve made some communications to the high street shop and added money to my wallet as well as letting me know I am a valued customer. Yay!
